About Nilly Barr
Nilly Barr is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor Degree in Human Services
and a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. Her 19 years experience working with both individuals
and corporations makes Nilly a unique resource in the Upstate community. Corporate consulting
experience includes executive coaching, selection assessment, conflict mediation, critical incident
management and group facilitation for companies such as Alcoa, GE, Bi-Lo, Michelin and US Foods.
Nilly also specializes in cultural adjustment for companies, employees or individuals relocating to
South Carolina by helping clients enhance their communication tools in areas such as ethnic background, regional culture
and language barriers. Nilly Barr is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of South Carolina, License #1395, a
member of the American Counseling Association, former President of the Greenville County Mental Health Association
and has served for years in the pursuit of global human rights.
